Riptide by Cherry Adair

Cherry Adair plunges into the dangerous world of high-sea treasure hunting, where one man’s greatest passion unlocks one woman’s wildest fantasies…

SHE'S SWEPT INTO TREACHEROUS WATERS

Princess Bria Visconti demands the return of the money her brother rashly invested in  Cutter Salvage.  Treasure hunter Nick Cutter is too reckless, too arrogant—and far too handsome—for his own good. But he can’t charm his way out of this one. Bria plans to make Nick pay up even if she has to board his boat, don a wet suit, and dive for the treasure herself…

HE FIGHTS THE RELENTLESS PULL

Nick sees Bria  as a beautiful but spoiled princess who’s never done a day’s work in her pampered life. But once they set sail for the dive site, and the legendary fortune in gold the wreck carries, Nick begins to see Bria in a new light. This princess may be out of her depth, but she’s ready to take on the hidden danger and excitement a treasure hunt stirs to the surface. Together they must fight unexpected enemies—and reveal their darkest secrets—before they’re pulled into a rip current of danger.

Okay, time for a contest and its a dozy.  I am a member of Cherry Adair's Street Team and Cherry is offering the first book of the Cutter Bay series, Undertow with some book swag.  I have 3 sets of buttons to give away also from her and plenty of bookmarks to pass out too.  Plus from me, I have a $10 gift card from either Amazon or Barnes & Noble.  All you have to do is tell me who your favorite TFLAC, Psi TFLAC or other character of hers is and why.  Now, don't cheat and go to her website and look it up, I'm a HUGE fan and a little birdie told me that she has finished the last "White" book and it will be published next year.  Yes, that was me SCREAMING.  I want to hear why he/she is your favorite character.  I will use randomizer to choose the winners.  One winner of the Gift card, one winner of the book and swag.  And depending on how many people comment, everyone will get a bookmark.

The contest runs from Tuesday, August 23rd through Tuesday, August 30th.  Winners will be picked on Wednesday, August 31st.  Spread the word...

I have provided links to buy her books, website and excerpt.  Cherry loves to hear from her fans.  Don't be shy in finding her on Twitter and Facebook.  She's super nice and friendly.  Don't be shy, she's not.

  4. Kim you are a woman after my own heart. Jake and Marnie were laugh out funny and sexy together. The dinner table conversation at the end with her dad and brother's is a classic.

    Duchess was great, too. Of course, that book introduced me to Huntington St. John...***swoon***

  12. @dawn...She doesn't disappoint. Trust me.
    @Kim...read her stories in the antho... ;)
    @desi...Edge of Danger...**sigh**
    @alainala...I would suggest Kiss and Tell which starts off the first of the Wright Brothers. Actually Marnie is their sister, but the brothers are introduced. Not sure if you are a paranormal fan or not. Try her Edge series. Cherry's books are excellent and you will not be sorry you started.
    @Jennifer...what's stopping you? LOL!

    Let people know about the blog...I have great presents. :)

  21. Marc Savage and Victoria, from The Mercenary. I've owned 6 copies of this book since it first came out in 1994 (I think it was '94, could have been '95), and read it at least 10 times. It actually introduced the TFLAC units and I waited (not so patiently) for Victoria's twin brother's book, Night Shadow, which finally released in 2008.

  22. Qwillia, I love in Night Shadow how Marc and Tori were mentioned but yes, we did have to wait a VERY long time for Tori's brother's story. Did I mentioned that Cherry is publishing the final "White" book next year? Maybe we will find out about the Black Rose organization. I love my TFLAC men but my favorites are Jake, Derek and Huntington. ***sigh***

    @darcy Thanks!

    @yvonne You will love this series.

  23. I have had a couple of Cherry Adair books on my wish list for a while and one in mount TBR. I keep saying I'm not going to start any new series until I get caught up. Yeah right! I admit, I cheated and went to the website. Now I am really intrigued. I would love to win this start reading the series. This could be my kickstart.

  24. @Jen B....you can start wherever with her TFLAC books. They are stand alones and trust me, you will want to go back on read them. Now on her Psi TFLAC's, I think they need to be read in order. Just my opinion, though.

    Go forth and read what is on the mountain. What is this title?

    I also love the book before this one about the Cutter Brother's. Was Dad a Wanderer and maybe left another sibling for us to read about?

    Winners will be picked late tonight or tomorrow morning. Everyone wins something, that's why I need your email addy!

  29. Well, I have to be honest and admit that while I have quite a few of Cherry's books on my TBR, I have only read her Blazes and Temptations--a favorite is Luke from Seducing Mr. Right. I also enjoyed her contribution to Red Hot Santa, but that was a much shorter story :) Gotta find the time to dive into her Wrights!
